CCM Auctions came to 24-7 Weighing Solutions
with a problem, their sheep bridge wasn't of high enough capacity, they had
problems with stability and they wanted to show the farmers and buyers that
they were dealing in fair weights. |

After an examination of the bridge, we
recommended strengthening of the steel work and replacing the inaccurate
loadcells. This enabled the bridge to be of a higher capacity AND a
smaller division size. We then discussed the requirements for
displaying the weight, it was agreed to use their existing display, transmit
to it the live weight of the bridge and when the number of animals is
entered lock the display showing the accepted weight and average weight of
the lot. |

Our close relationship with both market and
market back office systems means that we have ensured the system provided
will transfer this data to the market's "Newline" back office computer
system as soon as it is able to accept it. All this was done in ONE
WEEK and only two weeks after receiving the order, no down time and no loss
of confidence in the market. |
