The 24-7 AWRS (Average Weight Recording
System) is designed to record sample weights for up to 5 lines per weigh
scale. Complying with the Average Weight System legalisations.

The System will allow samples to be taken
and stored on a PC for reporting. It will also allow the Quality
Manager to review previous samples on the factory floor so that
production can minimise downtime caused by underweight packs and monitor
give away.
The system does away with the need for
the Q.M. to keep paper records which speeds up the whole process.
This in turn allows the quality controller to reduce the amount of time
spent writing down sample weights and filing pages of test results.
The 24-7 AWRS will reduce human errors in
recording of incorrect weights, prompting and alerting the quality
controller of problems, next sample due times, etc.
